Shipping

Shipping is free within Italy and abroad for orders over €89.00; for lower amounts, the shipping cost is €6.95 for Italy and €11.95 for abroad.

In the event of any customs duties, import taxes, or additional costs imposed by the authorities of the destination country, these will be entirely borne by the customer. It will be the customer's responsibility to cover these charges upon delivery or as required by local regulations.

Orders are processed from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday while orders placed after 6 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery times by express courier throughout Europe are 48/72 working hours from the moment the courier is taken over. The times may be delayed in particular periods of the year, holidays, or on the occasion of events not dependent on Il Lanificio.

After the order, the customer can request delivery at specific times by sending an email to the address customercare@illanificio.it or by indicating more information on the delivery address.

When the order is picked-up, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to track the shipment. At the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the courier will contact the customer by phone or leave a notice to agree on the new delivery. Please note, that up to three delivery attempts are generally made until a package will be held for pickup.
